De Rien, 2004

This performance/installation took place in the Anna Leonowens
Gallery in NSCAD – formerly a piano factory. Throughout the duration
of the two-week exhibition I talked with visitors to the gallery and wrote
an operetta based on these random conversations. A performance of
the final work happened on the final day of the show with singer
Janice Jackson.
